No allowance has been made for any traffic management, safety fencing, debris shields, etc.

Rates are for Unit & Operator.

All hourly rates are based on a 2 Hr minimum charge

Additional plant, machinery, vehicles, Asphalt Cutting, Backfilling & Reinstatement works labour or traffic management can be undertaken by NCS on request at rates to be determined.

Stand time will be charged at the above rates.

Prices do not include additional rates for callouts on public holidays. These will be determined on a case-by-case basis to allow for additional costs implied by the Holidays Act.

It is the Clients responsibility to notify NCS at time of making booking of any specific dumping/disposal requirement.

Upon acceptance of these rates, including an instruction to undertake the Works (whether written or verbal), the Buyer is deemed to have read and understood all terms and conditions set out in this document, and agrees to be bound by and comply with those written terms and conditions for the entirety of the works.

NCS reserving the right to review and adjust items at any time
